300 Spartans, is a small organic farm, producing organic olive oil, owned by George Lamprakos. He started growing olive trees from young age, next to his father and grandfather, at the foot of Taygetos mountain. Since 1998, George Lamprakos grows 2000 young olive trees of koroneiki variaty with organic farming. The olive oil tree have been cultivated exclusively by organic farming methods, like it was done in the old days, without using any chemical fertilizers, spraying or pesticides. Until it reaches your table, a certificated and accredited body inspects the entire procedure of cultivation, production and packaging to ensure the quality of our product.
300 Spartans follows a thorough process during the production of its unique olive oil to give you extra virgin, organic, olive oil. The fruit collection is done by using fabric bags so that the fruit won’t deteriorate. The oil mill abides all the applicable specifications so that the fruit will be crashed using low temperature (cold press method) so the olive oil will maintain its nutritious values until it will be bottled and stored in appropriate storage tanks.
